Our cancellation conditions

A free rebooking or cancellation of your booking is possible up to an arrival date of July 31, 2022 up to 7 days before arrival.

A free cancellation or rebooking of your booking from 1st of August 2022 is possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival (28 days). If you cancel at a later point in time, the hotel reserves the right to charge you for 80% of the total amount if the vacated room contingent cannot be rented to another person.

Free cancellation up to the day of arrival in the event of border closures or a ban on entry into the holiday region "Allgäu" or a ban on leaving the home community.

Free cancellation up to the day of arrival in the event of a Covid-19-related travel warning from the responsible ministry for the holiday destination in the holiday region "Allgäu".

Good to know

Check In: The rooms are available from 3 p.m., but you are also welcome to arrive for breakfast and use the wellness area during the day. (extra charge of € 59.00 per person, without breakfast € 39.00)
Single room surcharge: The single room surcharge is € 35.00 per night, single occupancy in family rooms and suites is only possible on request.

Children's prices

Our children's prices apply to two full-paying guests in all rooms in Torghele’s Wald + Fluh. Children in their own room pay 100% of the regular price per person and night. More here.

Dogs

€19 (without food) per dog is charged per night. From December 18th the charge will be €25
Unfortunately you cannot take your dog with you into the spa, the sauna areas and to the panorama terrace.
Please always register your dog. A maximum of 1-2 dogs per room is allowed. If your four-legged friend was not registered at the time of booking, it may happen that no suitable room is available when you arrive.
