Your relaxing wellness holiday in the Allgäu

So you can enjoy your wellness holiday here with us in beautiful Allgäu and enjoy a relaxing start, we have compiled a few key information points and tips for Torghele’Spa. Opening hours for all water worlds and useful information about your treatments is provided here too. To ensure a respectful, considerate exchange with others, we would ask you to bear a few rules in mind. But now, grab that towel, head to the shower and straight into your wellness indulgence!

Indoor relaxation pool:	7 to 20.30
Roof-top Pool:	7 to 20.30 (Summer) / 13 to 18.00 (Winter)
Bergquell swimming area:	7 to 20.30 (Summer)
Spa Reception:	9 to12 & 14 to 19.00
Sauna area:	11 to 20.30

Torghele’Spa is available free of charge for our guests (excludes treatments).

Information & Tips

Take your time

So you can enjoy your full treatment time, we would ask you to arrive at our Spa Reception area around ten minutes before the start of your treatment. Out of respect for guests who will be arriving after you, please be aware that should you arrive late, your treatment time will have to be shortened.

Your preferred time

Please consider pre-booking your treatments at our Spa Reception in plenty of time. Should you not be able to keep to your appointment, we would ask you to cancel at least 24 hours before your treatment. Otherwise we will have to charge 50% of the treatment price.

Your health matters to us

For us better tailor each treatment to suit your needs, please let us know of any intolerances, illnesses and allergies you have. Since not all of our treatments are suitable for pregnant women, we have put together specific recommendations for mums-to-be.

Children and teenagers

All children are very welcome to the Family Spa, Bergquell swimming area and to the Roof-top Pool. All other areas in Torghele’Spa are expressly reserved for adults and the over 16s. Parents are liable for their children for the duration of their stay.

Mobiles and Smartphones

Out of respect to other guests, we would ask you to switch off your mobile telephone during your stay in Torghele’Spa. We would also ask that you refrain from using cameras and laptops in the spa and be peaceful and unobtrusive out of respect for other guests. Mobile phones are not permitted in our Flüster.Room.

Your clothing

Please dress in under garments or in swimming attire, wrapped in your bathing robe, when arriving for your treatment.

Your towel

We have prepared a spa pack for you in your room. In it you will find towels and the items you need for your visit to our spa. For hygiene reasons, please do not use the lounger without a towel.

Our water and sauna world

We would ask that you wear bathing attire and bathing slippers in the pool area. In the Adults.Only sauna area, we would ask that for hygiene reasons, no clothing be worn. Please remember to shower before every treatment and before every bathing session, whether it is a session in the Indoor Relax Pool, the Bergquell swim area, the rooftop pool, or before using the saunas and steam baths.
