We follow the philosophy of 'nose-to-tail' eating in our new grill restaurant Oscar’s Grill. By that we mean using the whole animal. Out of respect for nature and for the game, which in part comes from our own hunts. It is not just a fillet steak that is tasty. Be inspired!

Your culinary journey to the Allgäu

Along with our luxurious board a very special culinary concept awaits you in Balderschwang with Oscar’s Grill. Nose-to-tail eating is the maxim of our ambitious team of chefs and of course a great deal of emphasis is on providing the great flavours from the region. The best thing to do is reserve seats in our grill restaurant in the Allgäu at Reception, since there are just 26 spaces available.

Please note: Oscars Grill is exclusively for adults and the 5-course evening menu is accompanied by wine (at an additional cost of 59 Euros per person).
